Rules(The Important Things)

Important Guidelines and Info - As of right now, we are allowing canon and original characters. When you apply, you must have a past or current writing sample AS that character. We will be allowing original characters that adhere to our guidelines and fit with what we are looking for
- A face claim is REQUIRED. NO ANIMATED. If you need help finding a face just let us know and a staff member will be happy to help.
- One bulletin story a month is all we ask but more is of course very much welcome! We also of course ask you to write as much as possible with others, either publicly be it bulletins or status, or in private. If you cannot make a bulletin post just let us know. We are VERY understanding.
- Please let us know if you need a semi-hiatus, or if real-life things get in the way. Real life always comes first, and we're happy to help should you need time off or need to add a schedule for work, school, etc. Indefinite hiatuses are not allowed, however and your character will be reopened.
- Proper grammar and spelling, please. If we can't read it--we can't reply to it. Typos are fine sometimes, and if English isn't your first language, we're always here to help!
- We are a group that also accepts 2+ para writing. You do not have to do a novella or anything but we want details and stuff that can keep people interested.
- Don't harass members to post, this is a big no-no. People will reply when they can.
- No God-modding. This means you only play YOUR character. No one else's.
- We do have a Discord server, feel free to discuss there or generally talk and have fun! We do require most writing to be on-site so that we can share it and everyone can enjoy it if it is public. We do not expect private stories written with one another to be shared if you do not want them to be.
- No OOC drama is allowed. If something is bothering you, please see a staff member. We care, don't worry, but we do not want any problems. As such, if there is a person who is a known trouble starter, we have already taken precautions to block those multiple profiles, so rest assured it is peaceful here.
- We're going to go with the flow and see where everything takes us. If we feel like we are getting too big, then we will decide on a cap for group numbers.
- We need scavengers who can fight, medics, farmers, mechanics, architects, tech experts, fight trainers, weapons masters, etc. Not everyone needs to be able to go out and fight or only be a fighter.
- All staff-created original characters belong to the writers behind the owners. Originals created by a writer that gets approved to join will still belong to that writer.
- All original characters must have a bio detailing who they were and are. The bio does not have to be fully done at the time of applying but we need the basics so we can decide if the character is okay or not.
- (Original Characters)Your bio and pages need to be done within 48 hours of being accepted. If you need a little more time to finish the bio just let us know. We are understanding and will work with you as long as you talk to us.
- If you change your story or character it needs to be within the rules. If you make changes and it goes against the guidelines you will be given 1 warning and 24 hours to fix the change. If you do not fix it then at that point you will be removed from the group until you can follow the rules.
- This should go without saying but just in case… You must also read, sign, and adhere to the standard group rules as well. Please sign with your favorite RE character and the character you will be writing as.
Currently, the only crossovers allowed are RESIDENT EVIL, THE WALKING DEAD UNIVERSE and THE LAST OF US.
