I'm still kind of feeling and flushing her out buuuut in school she's a Ravenclaw, fairly timid and relishes being a bit of a wallflower. She's smart and curious and that grows as she does. A friendship of sorts with Evan helps her to start coming out of her shell a bit and her curious nature leads her into a job as an investigative journalist. She's much more confident post school and tends to chase stories that get her in some sticky situations. She has an elder half sister named Sophie and a father who she despises and was sent to live with once her mother passed.
